CA Satyendra K. Jha is the Founding Partner of S.K. JHA & Co., a full-service Chartered Accountants firm established in Ahmedabad in 1996. He holds a B.Com degree, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), holds a Diploma in Business Management (DIBM) from the Ahmedabad Management Association, and is a certified Information Systems Auditor (DISA) from ICAI. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, he has built one of Ahmedabad's most respected professional practices, one that operates at the intersection of finance, taxation, law, and commercial strategy.

His practice is deliberately focused on matters of genuine complexity and commercial weight. Clients do not come to him for routine filings or standard compliance work.
